Send us the video of you opening your parcel and pick your thank you. We check every video, then email your reward - usually within a couple of days.
1 · Pick your thank you
2 · Who are you
Surname and postcode let us find your order. Nothing else.
This is where your reward goes, so double check it.
3 · Where can we tag you
If we share your clip we will tag you. Leave these blank and we will post it without a credit.
4 · Your video
30 to 60 seconds · mp4, mov, webm or mkv · 300MB max
We are after 30 to 60 seconds - you opening the parcel, and what you make of what is inside. We watch every video before sending the reward, so it needs to be a real unboxing.
5 · One last thing
Permission to share is what we are thanking you for, so we can only send a reward if this is ticked.
We keep your video for up to 180 days and delete it after that. Where a child appears we only use it with a guardian's consent, given above.
